Justin Purtill
Born in Cary, Illinois in 1989, he has a widespread carrier working as actor, dancer, poet, farmer, or pizza delivery man. Above all he is a versatile and very professional musician, whether with the bass, the drums or singing, but particularly as qualified guitar player. Graduated from the Berklee College of Music, he performed as counter bass player alongside jazz stars like Gary Burton, Erik Kloss, Hal Crook, or the young Leo Genovese, afterwards he focused on the guitar and on composition. This decision took him to working in Europe and Canada, where he improved his abilities and resulting in two records under his name. He returned and settled in California to join the keyboard player Melvin Seals in his blue funk and rock band JGB. At this stage, he founds his own trio.
